My earliest memories of popcorn takes me back to being a kid at the cinema. The rich buttery smell, clawing my fingers into the large box and having to wipe my fingers on the seat to remove the excess oil.
Recently I’ve discovered the beauty of this ancient grain which now has very little resemblance to my earlier memories. Instead it's covered in nutrient dense superfoods leaving you feeling uplifted and energised!
½ cup Organic corn kernels
1 teaspoon Barley grass powder
1 tablespoon Coconut oil
1 tablespoon Spirulina
Put corn kernels in pan or pot and heat
Continue to heat until all the kernels have popped (a couple of minutes)
