While enjoying simplicity and silence, we will learn techniques from different meditation and mystic traditions and will have the time to practice them. There will also be inspirational talks sharing the vision of Non-duality (Advaita Vedanta) and a daily Hridaya hatha yoga practice to relax our body and harmonise its energies.
